A Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is a single source for all the history of your interactions with leads and customers.  We set up Active Campaign or Salesforce as the CRM to keep your team on the same page and give you visibility into where a lead is in their journey.  Both of these systems provide amazing tools to automate mundane, manual tasks and make sure that contacts do not slip out of your funnel.
