BUILD YOUR OWN

Many organizations choose to build their own software.  The benefit is that you have features that meet your needs exactly.  This can be very easy to use and can really save time for complex processes.  The down side to building your own software is that the implementation time is very slow and consequently the cost is usually high.  These high costs not only apply to the initial build out, but also over time as programmers need to be paid to make changes.
